The Story of Local Official Bae (배비장 / 裵裨將 - Baebijang) is a 1965 film directed by Shin Sang-ok.[1]
Synopsis[]
A man must leave town to accept his new post as a magistrate. His wife, knowing him to be a woman-chaser, makes sure that he travels with local official Bae, who is known to avoid women. The magistrate schemes to have Bae become infatuated with Aeran, a famous gisaeng.[1]
