The Great Hero, Lee Sun-shin (성웅 이순신 / 聖雄 李舜臣 - Seong-ung Lee Sun-sin) is a 1962 film directed by Yu Hyun-mok.[1]

SynopsisEdit

During the Joseon period, Admiral Lee Sun-shin helps fight a Japanese invasion by building iron-clad Turtle Ships. He is later betrayed and sent to prison. Upon release he rejoins the fight against the Japanese.[1]
